My City's Gone to Hell in a Handbasket.
Reading Eagle Posted that Reading will be laying off 95 positions. Consisting of: 45 Police officers, 35 Firefighters, and 15 Rank and file Workers. http://www.readingeagle.com/article.aspx?id=155426 The City's so broke It's looking to the State for funding. with no avail!! Crooked politics anyone?
